The prize is funded. The package is built. Your sellers just sell it.

National contests with the prize already paid for, a sponsor package with a price on it, and the opted-in entrant data sponsors ask for. Blueberry Broadcasting billed $12,000 on one holiday contest. From $300 a month, cash or barter. One $1,200 sponsorship covers four months.

The math on one campaign

Blueberry ran one Home for the Holidays contest across four stations. The $18,000 prize was funded by the national campaign, not by the stations. Their sellers sold ten local sponsors at $1,200 each: 60 spots, on-air mentions, logo and link on the station site, logo on the contest page. Total billed: $12,000.

Licenses start at $300 a month, with a group rate for multi-station markets. One $1,200 sponsorship covers four months. The national calendar has ten of these a year.

We use Second Street.

Most stations keep their current contests running while we build the first sponsored campaign with them. By the time the renewal comes up, they have already billed enough to make the decision easy. We will show you the side by side on the call, including price.

Who is going to run this? We are two people.

We build your first campaign with you during onboarding, and every national contest arrives ready to publish. Most stations are live inside two weeks. Your promotions person spends about an hour a week on it.

We are locked into a contract.

We will buy out the remaining term or delay your billing until it ends. You switch now and do not pay twice. We put it in writing.

Can we barter?

Yes. Full barter, part barter, or cash. We show you the calculation on the call so you see exactly what inventory it takes before you decide.

Why annual?

Because the money is in the second and third campaign. The calendar runs all year and sponsors renew. If you only need one contest, we sell those too.

What happens after I submit?

Someone from our team calls within the hour during business hours to set a 15-minute walkthrough. You see two or three campaigns selling for stations your size and what they charge. You leave with a written price.

What every GM asks us

Do you have integrations with third party tools?

You can find a full list of our integrations here.

Do you provide training and educational resources?

Yes, we provide educational resources such as our help site, blog, examples studio, plug and play templates, quarterly webinars, etc. to help you use our platform effectively. Also, our support team is here for you from Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, and you can reach out to us through chat or by phone.

What happens on the demo?

It is a 15-minute call, not a sales pitch. We will look at your stations, show you two or three campaigns that are already selling for groups your size, and tell you what they charge sponsors for them. You leave with a number and a recommendation on whether Audience is a fit. If it is not, we will say so.

After you submit the form, someone from our team calls you within the hour during business hours to set a time.

How long does onboarding take?

Most accounts are live within two weeks. Enterprise groups with data migration or multiple markets typically take 30 days. If you have a promotion that needs to run sooner, tell us on the demo and we will launch that campaign first and finish onboarding around it.

How are your contracts structured?

Annual or multi-year, paid in cash or barter. Pricing is based on your markets and stations, not on seats or campaign volume. Multi-year terms and group-wide agreements get a lower rate. Every contract includes unlimited campaigns, unlimited users, 50,000 emails a month, and support.

How does your pricing work?

We quote by market and station count, so a single-station owner and a 50-station group are not paying the same thing. You will get a written number on or right after the demo call, not after a second meeting. If you are comparing us against another vendor, bring their quote and we will walk through it line by line.

What if I am already locked in a contract?

We will either buy out the remainder of your current contract or delay your billing start date until it ends, so you can switch now and not pay twice.

How is Audience better than other tools?

Three things. First, every campaign is built to be sold: sponsor logo, lead capture, and a results report the sponsor actually wants. Blueberry Broadcasting sold 10 sponsors at $1,200 each on one national campaign across four stations. BiCoastal Media has generated $650,000 in promotional revenue with Best Of voting campaigns. Second, it is one platform, not four: contests, QR codes, email, segmentation, and syndication across all your markets. Third, support answers in under a minute during business hours and your onboarding includes sales training, not just admin training.

Can you train our sales team?

Yes, and it is included. Onboarding has a session built for sellers: how to package a campaign, what to charge, and what to show the sponsor afterward. We also provide sponsor-facing one-sheets, rate card templates, and quarterly sales webinars. If a seller has a specific pitch coming up, our team will join the prep call.

Do you have an email marketing platform?

Yes. Every contract includes 50,000 emails a month at no extra cost. You can send campaigns, set up autoresponders for contest entrants, build automated workflows, and report on opens and clicks, all from the same platform that captured the contact.

What are your support hours?

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, by chat or phone, with typical first response under a minute. Outside those hours, the help center is available and support@audience.io is monitored for anything affecting a live campaign.
