We may do this to help clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other Users.

Those third parties may use your Personal Information according to their own privacy policies and the terms disclosed in connection with the applicable promotion.
Requests relating to information collected through a promotion may need to be directed to the applicable sponsor or partner station.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Audience or any of our partner stations, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages related to event confirmations, reminders, contest notifications, and other informational or promotional communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please include your name, the email address or phone number associated with your information, and the applicable contest, promotion, application, or partner station, if known. We may request additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify the applicable Personal Information, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes.
If your information was collected through a contest or promotion operated on behalf of a sponsor or partner station, we may refer your request to that organization or coordinate with it to process your request.
