Program Description
Audience operates an SMS program that sends text messages to prospective
customers who have requested a product demo. Messages relate to scheduling,
confirming, and following up on your demo request, including messages from
an Audience representative.
Consent
By entering your mobile phone number in the Phone Number field of the demo request form at https://www.audience.io/demo and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages and calls from Audience at that number about scheduling, confirming, and following up on your demo request, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. The phone number field is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, of booking a demo, or of receiving any promotional gift. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2 to 5 messages per demo request, and never more than 10 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Audience does not charge for messages sent
through this program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data
rates may apply depending on your service plan. Contact your carrier for
details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After
you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will
receive no further messages from this program. You may also opt out by
emailing support@audience.io. We honor opt-out requests received by any
reasonable method.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message
delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not
guaranteed.
Supported Carriers
This program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon
Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as participating regional carriers.
Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent and opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to send the messages you requested and is shared only with the service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf. Changes to These Terms
