Program Description
Audience operates an SMS program that sends text messages to prospective
customers who have requested a product demo. Messages relate to scheduling,
confirming, and following up on your demo request, including messages from
an Audience representative.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on an
Audience web form, you agree to receive automated text messages from
Audience at that number, including messages sent using an automatic
telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase, of
booking a demo, or of receiving any promotional gift. You represent that
you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message Frequency
You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Audience does not charge for messages sent
through this program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data
rates may apply depending on your service plan. Contact your carrier for
details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After
you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will
receive no further messages from this program. You may also opt out by
emailing support@audience.io. We honor opt-out requests received by any
reasonable method.

support@audience.io.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message
delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not
guaranteed.
Supported Carriers
This program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon
Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint, as well as participating regional carriers.
Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for
their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with
third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you have

Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will
