No national entrant correctly chose the winner of every game in Basketball Mayhem 2024. As per the rules, there was no national grand prize winner.

National Promotions are available for Audience clients. We want everyone to participate, including Sporting Goods, Furniture/Electronics Stores, Banks, Restaurants, and more.

What is the concept?

Starting on Selection Sunday, your audience will be able to make their picks on who they think will win each game. The bracket will lock a few minutes before the start of the first game. Points will be awarded to participants for each correct pick. If someone achieves a perfect bracket, they will win the $1,000,000 prize! You can also offer local prizes for those with the best picks per round and/or overall.

Where to host the campaign and promote:Host this campaign on your website, in a pop-up, on a sponsor's page, etc. Promote the campaign online, on social media, on-air, and through advertisements, among other channels.

Generate recurring traffic to your website, seize significant sponsorship opportunities, and attract a new/different demographic.

How does it work?

Audience will provide the graphics, rules, prize, and prize fulfillment. You can customize the graphics and entry form to align with your branding. Additionally, you can add to the rules and incorporate local prizes. At the end of the contest, one national winner will be selected. Audience will provide basic winner information to anyone hosting this campaign, allowing you to validate the giveaway for your local audience. If you include local prizes, you'll be responsible for selecting the winners and announcing them on your own.

Here's how the Basketball Mayhem bracket works (in depth):

• From 3/4/24 up to Selection Sunday (3/17/24), entrants can visit the contest page on your site to pre-register. Once the participating tournament teams are selected on 3/17/24 (8pm Eastern time), entrants will visit the contest page on your site and select their brackets. Entrants will be able to select their bracket teams and make changes to their brackets until 15 minutes before the first actual tournament game begins on 3/21/24.
• The two "First Four" play-in games on 3/19 and 3/20 are considered byes and are NOT a part of this bracket.
• 3-In-One bracket: You'll have the option of adding standalone brackets for the rounds of 16 and 4. Players will return to the main campaign and pick fresh standalone brackets for the rounds of 16 and 4. This extra action will keep engagement numbers up as the Tournament progresses. Audience will NOT be providing prizes for the standalone brackets for the rounds of 16 and 4, so get your sponsors involved and make this feature work for you! Again, the standalone brackets for the rounds of 16 and 4 are NOT a part of the national prizing, on this campaign.

2024 Basketball Mayhem dates of interest:

• Monday, March 4th: Pre-Registration of bracket players begins on your website at 12am Eastern time
• Wednesday, March 6th - Registration period to add this campaign to your accounts ends
• Selection Sunday: Sunday, March 17th - participating teams announced and bracket selection begins on your website at 8pm Eastern time
• First Four: March 19-20. These games are considered byes and are NOT a part of this bracket
• First round: March 21-22 - brackets close approximately 15 minutes before the tipoff of the first First Round game
• Second round: March 23-24
• Sweet 16: March 28-29. If you opted in, standalone round of 16 brackets close approximately 15 minutes before the tipoff of the first Sweet 16 game.
• Elite Eight: March 30-31
• Final Four: April 6th. If you opted in, standalone round of 4 brackets close approximately 15 minutes before the tipoff of the first Final Four game.
• NCAA championship game: April 8th.
