Audience (Aptivada, LLC) offers a gift to eligible people who book and complete a product demo through our demo gift promotion. These terms explain who is eligible, what counts as a completed demo, and how the gift is delivered. By booking a demo through the promotion, you agree to these terms.
Who is eligible
The offer is open to people who, at the time of booking and at the time of the demo:
- Work for a radio station, TV station, newspaper, digital publisher, or a group that owns or operates those properties.
- Hold a role involved in choosing or using tools like Audience, such as general manager, sales, promotions, programming, digital, or marketing.
- Book with a work email address at that company.
- Are located in the United States or Canada.
- Are not a current Audience customer, and are not an Audience employee, contractor, or family member of one.
Agencies, consultants, vendors, students, job seekers, and companies outside media are not eligible, even if a demo is booked. If you are unsure whether you qualify, email support@audience.io before booking.
What earns the gift
The gift is for completing a full product demo with an Audience representative. That means you:
- Attend the scheduled demo yourself (no substitutes) and stay for the full session, typically 30 minutes.
- Confirm the basic facts about your company and role when asked.
- Take part in the walkthrough of the platform.
Booking a demo, or attending an introductory or qualification call that ends before the demo, does not by itself earn the gift. Audience may decide, at its reasonable discretion, that a company is not a fit for the platform and end the call early. When that happens the gift is not issued, and we will tell you on the call.
Gift details
- Choose one of the gift options shown on the promotion page at the time you booked. Options may change, and Audience may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- One gift per person and one gift per company in any 12-month period, across all Audience demo promotions.
- The gift ships to a U.S. or Canadian address within 10 business days after your completed demo, once eligibility is confirmed.
- The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- You are responsible for any taxes and for confirming that your employer allows you to accept a gift of this value.
General
- No purchase is necessary, and accepting the gift does not obligate you to buy anything.
- Audience may change or end this offer at any time. A demo you have already booked will be honored under the terms in effect when you booked it.
- Audience may withhold a gift from anyone who provides inaccurate information or books for the purpose of collecting the gift rather than evaluating the platform.
- This offer is void where prohibited by law.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
